CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! Please contact nourishbeautybox@gmail.com for further assistance. In addition, we can only cancel order that have not yet been processed for shipping.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

For all online orders, an email will be sent along with shipping confirmation and tracking information. If you still have a question please email us at nourishbeautybox@gmail.com

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We are sorry to hear you want to return your order! Please email us at nourishbeautybox@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to assist you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND ITS OUT OF STOCK?

That is no fun when that happens, but things move fast! We will contact you personally and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS WHAT CAN I DO?

Contact nourishbeautybox@gmail.com as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been fulfilled.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED (LOST OR STOLEN) WHAT DO I DO?

Nourish Beauty LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filled, please contact us directly at nourishbeautybox@gmail.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?

We are sorry to hear your items were damaged upon receipt. Please contact nourishbeautybox@gmail.com. In addition, please be prepared to provide photographs of the damage you experienced and we will take it from there.

I DON'T WANT TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES. WHAT CAN I DO?

At this time Nourish Beauty LLC does not offer to cover the international shipping duties and taxes due to the variability of charges. You will be charged for duties and taxes at the time of delivery. Should you decide to refuse these duties, the order will be returned and a refund for the cost of the items minus all shipping fees will be refunded immediately upon receipt.
